Right of Withdrawal.

Bloomtree IT provides a 30-day right of withdrawal with any purchase from our store. The first day is the day you receive your item. Multiple items in a purchase are counted from the date you receive the last item.

You have 30 days to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase and obtain a refund. You can email: Mail@bloomtreeit.com And we will respond to you shortly. You must let us know you don't wish to proceed with the purchase and cannot refuse the delivery as a way of withdrawing from the sale.

Return

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

All return requests will be issued with a shipping label via email that you can print and use to send the item back to us. This will make your return free of charge.

If you do not use the label, we do not compensate for shipping costs. Please send the item back in the original packaging with all accessories you received as there may be a deduction to your refund if there are missing components or packaging.

If you do not use the return label, shipping costs are at the customer's expense and the customer is liable if any damage occurs during transport.

If the item returned is not in the same condition as what was received, you may get a part of the purchase amount back. This will depend on the state the item is in.

Refunds will be returned by the same method of payment as was received.

Warranty

Bloomtree provides a 24-month warranty. We cover faults and defects which are not caused by the customer and do not fall within ordinary wear and tear. You can notify us of your complaint and intention to use the warranty by sending an email to Mail@bloomtreeit.com . Please make sure you describe exactly what the issue is and take screenshots or photos where possible.

If your complaint is justified, we will repair, exchange or refund your purchase, depending on the specific situation. Bloomtree may also offer a partial refund and you can keep the device if accepted.

When replaced, the old device will be replaced free of charge be used by a device of equivalent or better quality (same grade and quality at the time) of the warranty claim and of the same type.

Please advise Bloomtree as soon as the issue arises, warranty claims to address issues that are older than 90 days can be refused.

Please note: some components like batteries may have a shorter shelf life than 24 months depending on use, and Bloomtree reserves the right to make a discretionary judgment on the type of damage. If it is deemed to be ordinary usage, we may decline the claim or offer a partial reimbursement.

Conditions and exclusions.

To submit a valid warranty claim, the proper use and maintenance of the product is required, as well as adhering to the operating instructions in the owner's manual (if applicable). In case of irresponsible, irregular or incorrect use the guarantee is void.

Examples of incorrect/irresponsible use are:

  • Broken screen and/or housing.
  • Water damage
  • Electrical damage caused by chargers not approved by the manufacturer of the purchased device.
  • Downloading and installing software that has not been approved by the manufacturer purchased device (incl. Apps, etc.)

The warranty does not cover:

  • Expansion components, such as external memory cards or camera/lens covers.
  • Damage to fragile product elements, such as glass, screen and lenses.
  • Consumables, such as batteries (if the battery life otherwise matches with the manufacturer's specifications).
  • Slight deviations between the actual condition and the nominal condition of the product that have no further effect on the functionality
  • Defects or damage resulting from incorrect operation of the product; damage caused by the environment, chemicals or cleaning fluids
  • Product damage caused by assembly/installation and/or transportation.

The guarantee lapses in the following cases, among others:

  • Non-compliance with the assembly, maintenance or cleaning instructions as stated in the operating manual (if applicable)
  • Normal wear and tear damage (such as traces of use on the housing and/or the display) and/or intentional damage
  • Incorrect activation:
  • Negligent or inadequate maintenance.
  • Damage obviously caused by improper use of the device by improper use of the device.
  • Damage caused by the environment or natural disasters (such as disasters), including but not limited to flood, four and frost
  • Opening the device and/or having the device repaired by a person/party who is not the appropriate Merchant (unless the Merchan) expressly and in writing agrees)

Non-coverage by warranty;

If the Customer is informed that the device is not covered by the warranty but still decides to have the product repaired, Bloomtree will quote the customer for the labor and material costs to repair and ship the unit back to the customer.

If damage occurs after delivery of the Product, the customer has no legal claim to repair and it is the discretion of Bloomtree to determine whether the product will be repaired for fri. In good faith.

VAT

All prices are in Danish Kroner and include 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated.


Time of delivery

Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a specific delivery time, as the delivery time depends on the carrier. However, you will receive notification of the expected delivery date as soon as possible. All purchases will be provided with a tracking number so please take care to check when the estimated delivery date is.

If you are not at home.

If you have agreed delivery with the carrier, and you are not at home as agreed, the goods will be taken back and will only be redelivered after dialogue with customer service. The goods will then be re-delivered against an additional cost.

Price guarantee

That Bloomtree IT, we hope to be your preferred supplier of used electronics, so we offer a price guarantee on all our products.


• We must be able to see a link to the competitor's product.
• The product must be like for like - competitor's product must have the same specifications and be the same model.
• The price guarantee assumes that the condition of the product is equivalent.
• The product must be in stock and be able to be delivered within 1 week.
