Bloomtree offers a 30-day no questions asked money back guarantee. If you change your mind, or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team. We'll help out with your refund and return shipping label. All returns should be in original packaging, unmodified and in their original condition. Read our trading conditions.

Bloomtree also offers a 3-year repair or replace warranty on all purchases. All orders should be checked on delivery and any damage reported directly to Bloomtree within 48 hours of receipt. Bloomtree cannot accept any damage claims submitted after this time frame. Before returning any item, make sure you let us know first. And we will arrange a return shipping label. Bloomtree will either repair or replace the item. If we cannot repair or replace it, we will refund you your original purchase price.
